I let anger and resentment manifest into a physical ailment

Ladies, gentlemen and fellow gifters of the power to heal yourselves. I am not as strong, and i realize this humbly, for I had made my miserable self physically ill upon not being to tolerate cope with understand and want 'rejection'. It was only after experiencing such horrible outward rage and jealousy using words to a mirror and throwing the negativity to the wind, I internalized a portion of this deep-seeded hurt and it manifested into a sinus infection which created an abscess on my left tooth; hence being with a guy whose middle initial was 'L' ironically the left side of my face is swollen, infected and puts me 'as a prisoner in my own home'. Feeling non-social, hurt, less than able to heal but so wanting to, I sink to the most painful and the most horrible six week period of my life. . .

But I am pulling into the station of recovery far faster than the tracks I was on previously. I discarded a few old pieces of luggage I just could not keep 'holding precious', those won't see other countries with me. ANYWAY . . .(see I get so fictionstorytelling here)

But seriously folks a little sinus flare-up can lead to a serious full-blown infection when you are stressed out, not resistant to what stress does to the enzymes which tear down the organ tissue instead of build it up because internalizing little dissapointments can rage on into your enzymatic system and it is a difficult challenge to fix. Detoxing works and really well, but one cannot be impatient or this will infuriate them. It did for me at first, but i am glad there are some other very stubborn people in this household and neighborhood who know what they see works for me and encourage it.
