Share 'Piercing Cluster-Headaches, what do you do?'

I avoid light, sound and keep a cool cloth over my eyes and nasal passages which keeps me from wonderfing if my allergies just have grown into annoying cluster-headaches. Not too give either prognosis a boost in occurring because thoughts become things, I fend off the allergy with double-sided deep breathing or blow till I can't anymore.
