i want to ask that i have a kind of sensation(touble) in my third chakra (just below ribs),i want to get rid of it.how can i strengthen my third chakra?

have you tried Reiki on it by someone qualified or yourself if you have taken courses?

How does this sensation feel? How do you feel as this is happening and are you alone. The Chakra you are refering to is yellow a sun flower yellow some like to refer to it as. What have you done to open or close this centre,, have you learned reiki or had a session, or another energy modality. Look up the meaning to the chakra and you may find the anwsers.
If you can anwser all my random questions I may be able to shed a little light. Think positive be positive and believe.
